"I thought the views would be a lot..."
I thought the views would be a lot better... but it was mostly clouds and window glare. The whole thing felt kind of rushed, and I barely managed to get any decent photos. For what I paid, it just wasn’t worth it for me!

"So cramped and uncomfortable"
so the seats were way too cramped, and I just couldn’t get comfortable at all. My back was hurting pretty much the whole ride.

"Our pilot was really polite and clearly knew..."
Our pilot was really polite and clearly knew what he was doing, so I felt safe the whole time. He explained everything clearly and handled the flight really well. I just kind of wish he’d been a little more friendly or chatty, haha. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, it just felt a bit routine and not very personal.

"Frustrating Lack of Weather Communication"
Our tour ended up being delayed because of the weather, which I totally understand happens. What bothered me was that no one reached out until the last minute, so we basically spent the whole morning waiting around with no clear update. It felt like we were being ignored. I really think the company needs to take more responsibility for keeping customers informed when plans change.

"Could barely hear over all the noise"
I’m guessing this is probably a regular issue with their headsets, because mine sounded worn out. The flight itself was so loud, and the headset kept crackling with one side noticeably quieter than the other, so I missed most of what the pilot was saying.
For what it costs, I just assumed the equipment would be in better shape. The views were nice, but it’s hard to really enjoy them when you’re spending the whole time trying to hear through all the noise.

"Not really worth what I paid"
I booked a tour with Blue Hawaiian and walked away feeling let down. I was excited going into it, but the whole experience just didn’t feel as polished as I expected for the price.
Check-in felt rushed, the staff didn’t seem all that helpful, and our flight time was changed without much clear communication. Once we were in the air, the tour felt shorter than I thought it would be, and the pilot barely talked, which made it feel a little awkward. It also made me wonder about the overall quality of what we were getting compared to what was advertised.

The views were definitely nice, so I’ll give them that, but that was really the only highlight for me. For the amount they charge, I expected better service, clearer communication, and a smoother experience overall. I wouldn’t book with them again.

I paid quite a bit for my seat, so it was disappointing that my view was blocked for most of the ride. I was expecting to actually see more, but instead I spent a lot of the time trying to look around things. Definitely didn’t feel like it was worth the price.

"I wanted to book through the site..."
I wanted to book through the site because it seemed straightforward at first, but then I got frustrated when I realized there just weren’t many route options for where we were staying. The site itself was fine and easy enough to use, so I had mixed feelings about it. It looked promising, but in the end it didn’t really give us enough choices to make it work.

The photos and video just didnt feel worth the price. They were blurry, and for what I paid I expected alot better

"Safe ride, but I wasn’t totally sure at first"
The ride itself felt safe and fine, no real issues there. I was just a little unsure at the start because the booking details weren’t super clear, so I kept thinking... wait, is this right? But overall it turned out okay.

"Great flight, but check-in was a bit chaotic!!!"
The helicopter ride itself was really nice and I didn’t have any major complaints there!!! The views were great and the flight felt smooth!!! But before boarding, the ground crew seemed a little all over the place. Check-in was kind of confusing, and we weren’t totally sure where we were supposed to wait!!! It wasn’t awful or anything, just slower and more disorganized than I expected!!!

"Great views, maybe a little too much commentary"
The flight was really nice and the views were definitely worth it. I did feel like the pilot talked a bit too much at times, though maybe that’s just me and other people might enjoy all the extra info. Overall, it was still a decent tour and I’m glad I did it

"Felt like a waste of time and energy"
I paid quite a bit for this tour, and the flight felt like it was over almost as soon as we got going. I get that timing can vary a little, but this was way too short for what it cost. After spending the money, getting ready, and using up the energy to plan around it, it just didn’t feel worth it. I left disappointed and wouldn’t book it again

"Refund came through, just took a little while"
I had to cancel our flight, and the refund did eventually come back, just not as quickly as I was hoping. Support was fine, but you do end up having to chase a bit, I had to follow up twice before everything got sorted.

"Left really late and threw off our plans"
We ended up leaving really late, and it pretty much messed up the plans we had for the day. What was frustrating was that nobody really seemed to care or explain what was going on.

"Booking was okay, but the terms seemed to change"
I booked through Blue Hawaiian and it was mostly straightforward, but the site felt slow in a few spots and I had to keep going back to double-check the details. What annoyed me more was that the terms seemed to change or show up differently as I went through the process, which made me feel like I had to read everything twice. The confirmation came through fine in the end, so it worked out, but for the price I expected the whole thing to feel a bit smoother.

"Parking made the whole thing frustrating"
Finding the place was harder than it should’ve been, and parking was a pain. We ended up circling around for way too long and showed up already stressed before the ride even started. On top of that, it had this weird “no real person there” feeling, like there wasn’t anyone around to help or point us in the right direction. Just didn’t feel worth the hassle.

"Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience"
I booked through bluehawaiian.com, i wouldn’t really recommend it after how things went. The website made everything look straightforward, but once the trip got closer, the communication felt unclear and kind of disconnected, like there wasn’t a real person there keeping things organized.

For what it cost, I expected the whole experience to feel a lot smoother. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, but it definitely didn’t live up to the hype for me. I left feeling disappointed, and I can’t say it’s something I’d tell friends to spend their money on.
